How to Use

1.Heat the volcanic rocks.

2.Stop heating when the temperature is about 140-158℉, take out the volcanic rocks, and put them on a clean towel.

3.Apply essential oil (not included) to the volcanic rocks.

Notes

1.When heating, the heating box needs to be placed flat and not close to flammable items. The heating time of the heating box should not be too long. It is recommended to unplug the power supply after 20 minutes of heating.

2.It is recommended to boil and disinfect the volcanic rocks when using them for the first time. After heating, please be careful not to immediately place it on the skin. You can cool it for about 2 minutes or wrap it in a towel to avoid scalding. When the temperature drops to a level that the human body can withstand, the towel can be removed.

3.The duration of a hot compress is influenced by heating temperature, weather, room temperature, etc. Short insulation time in cold areas is a normal phenomenon. Covering with a blanket and applying heat can extend the insulation time.
